You’ve got a shiny new website- now the worst thing in the world (beside dropping the perfect grilled cheese in a puddle) would be for your site to become outdated. We know you’re busy, so our care packages make it easy to keep your site up to date and functioning at their best. With our care packages, we do the work to keep your site updated- just send us an email and we’ll take care of it.

How We Build Websites That Shine
Every great website starts with a clear plan and ends with a confident launch. Our process keeps things simple, transparent, and collaborative, so you always know what’s happening and what comes next.
1. Scope and Agreements
We start by getting clear on your goals, audience, and everything your site needs to include.
From there, we’ll build a detailed proposal and come to agreement on the scope and cost.
A 50% deposit gets your project officially underway, and if you’re adding a maintenance package, we’ll set up your recurring payment at this stage too; this also activates your hosting space.
2. Site Architecture
Next, we map out your website’s structure and strategy.
Through a planning meeting, we’ll identify what content belongs on each page, who’s creating it, and what assets we’ll need. This includes things like logos, photos, videos, and more.
This stage also includes outlining a simple brand guide for the website to keep everything visually consistent.
3. Design and Development
This is where the magic happens. We start with backend setup and build out your new site piece by piece.
If you already have an existing website, we make sure it stays live while development happens behind the scenes.
Most sites take 2–4 weeks to complete, and we’ll check in regularly to make sure it’s shaping up exactly how you imagined.
4. Launch and Maintenance
Once the site is ready, we’ll review it together and finalize any last details.
When everything looks perfect, the remaining 50% payment is due—and your new site goes live!
From there, we transition into ongoing maintenance to keep your website secure, updated, and performing at its best.
